The Human Behind the Mission
Prisca Liza Titebe Mbuku, a Congolese national born in Kinshasa on August 16, 1999, is a dedicated aviation professional with dual degrees in Aeronautical Operations (BAC+4) and Air Transport (BAC+6) from ISTA. She has made youth development, charitable work, and environmental preservation her life’s mission. As Sectional Coordinator of IMCS at ISTA, she combines leadership, discipline, and a human-centered vision.
She believes aviation is a catalyst for Africa’s sustainable growth and is committed to mentoring the next generation of professionals.
